Founder and CEO of Telegram Pavel Durov is not married but has two children.
The Russian-French billionaire Pavel was caught by police officers at Bourget airport outside Paris on Saturday evening.

With close to one billion users, Telegram is particularly influential in Russia, Ukraine, and the republics of the former Soviet Union.
He is expected to appear in court on Sunday, according to a statement given by French police.
Pavel Durov Is Likely Unmarried But Had A Relationship In The Past
Pavel Durov has been very reasonable regarding his personal life. His social media also suggests that he is not married.
However, some sources have claimed he was in a relationship with Alena Shishkova in 2017.
Alena is a Russian model who has modeled for the Russian men’s magazine Maxim, participated in commercial advertising campaigns, and walked in fashion shows.
The source also claimed that he has been in a relationship with Viki Odintcova, a Russian model known for her appearance on the Playboy magazine cover.
Moreover, a resident of St. Petersburg, Irina Bolgar, said she had two sons and one girl with Telegram founder Pavel Durov. In an interview, she said,
“I am from St. Petersburg, a lawyer by education, I have been into yoga for over 20 years. I met Pavel in St. Petersburg,”

Bolgar refused to acknowledge whether she was still having a romantic relationship with Pavel, although she didn’t deny it either.
She claimed that her marriage to Pavel was not officially registered and called it a civil marriage.
In addition, Durov had two children with his ex-partner Daria Bondarenko, but their identities remain private.

Pavel Durov, 40, was born on October 10, 1984, in Leningrad, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union, to his father, Valery Durov and his mother, Albina Durova.
His father is originally from Russia, whereas his mother is from Ukraine. Valery is a Doctor of Philological Sciences and a renowned academic.
Durov lives in Dubai, where Telegram is based, and holds dual citizenship of France and the United Aran Emirates.
His family includes one brother, Nikolai Durov, who joined him in founding Telegram and served as the project’s lead developer, programmer, and architect.
Nikolai is a senior research fellow at the Laboratory of Algebra and Number Theory at the St Petersburg Department of Steklov Institute of Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
