The Facebook rumor suggests her health has deteriorated rapidly and that doctors believe she might only have a few days left.
The story about Zion being in the ICU is completely false. These rumors have been going around since 2023 and are not true.
Zion is doing well and even addressed the rumors on Instagram, saying,
Zion was deeply frustrated and upset by people wishing her demise.
At the same time, Zion also joked with her friends that they hadn’t come to visit her with “get well soon” flowers and cards.
She playfully pointed out that, despite the rumors about her being in poor health, her friends hadn’t shown up with any of the typical gestures of support, like flowers or cards.
Not only is she fine, but she also recently celebrated a personal milestone.
On August 11, 2024, the 23-year-old shared on Threads that she had been sober for 60 days, marking a major achievement in her life.
